Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka is a native of Minsk in Belarus. Minsk is the capital city. Belarus. Sergey his father (who passed away in 2019) was a hockey ice player. Aryna Sabalenka was born May 5, 1998 in Minsk Belarus. Aryna Sabalenka holds twelve WTA Singles titles. One that was awarded the title "Grand Slam" at the Australian Open 2023. As a doubles player, she's a great player. She's taken home two Majors with Elise Mertens: the US Open in 2019 and the Australian Open in 2021. Alongside her fellow Belgian tennis star, she also won her the WTA 1000 in Indian Wells and Miami in the year 2019, making an appearance in the Sunshine Double. Four women's teams could have done this feat. In January 2023, she was ranked the highest in singles. The 23rd day of August 2021, she climbed into the top two spots in the ranking. She climbed up to the top of singles rankings the following year, following taking the title in Melbourne. She became the second Belarusian tennis player to achieve success in the field. Dmitry Tursunov was her coach for the duration of 2018, till her season came to an end in 2019 and also for a short duration at the beginning of 2020. The pair also briefly worked with Dieter Kindlmann from August to September 2020. From the beginning of 2020 she's been coaching by her host countryman Antonio Dubrov. Her heroes include Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova.
